Mark did a great job with the sound immersion session that was held in The Magikal Crystal Forrest down in the Southgate plaza shopping centre. I had a great time and a nice experience with the sounds mark produced.

Mark the instructor for the drumming group was very supportive of myself & everybody else in the group. Had a real fun night, If you haven't been yet go along to the drumming class & do what I did go with some friends. Had such a great time I am going to suggest it to more friends.

My first ever experience with Hypno exceeded my initial expectations immensely! Having never experienced hypnotherapy before I had some ideas about what it may be like, mostly hearing from other people’s experiences. It felt like a deep meditation and Bec guided me through the session so amazingly, I felt safe & comfortable to remain open. Bec asked all the right questions and steered the session intuitively where she felt it best go and it was really cool to go along for the ride. Hypno for me was a much more hard hitting approach to therapy as it felt like it broke down so many barriers that remain present in standard talk therapy counselling. I gained so much from one session it really surprised me, I’m looking forward to my next two sessions and to explore hypnotherapy further.

I can’t recommend Bec enough for her amazing work and skills. A really down to earth human who’s great at what she does 🙏
