Art Unbound is a soulful weekly series that blends expressive ar-tmaking with guided meditation, intuitive exploration, and creative technique. It’s a space for anyone — whether you're a seasoned maker or haven’t picked up a brush in years — to return to yourself through creativity.
Each week, you’ll be guided through a unique process of slowing down, tuning in, and letting your hands and heart lead. We’ll explore abstract composition, colour play, mixed media techniques, and creative prompts — all while learning to trust your inner voice and follow the flow.
