My first ever experience with Hypno exceeded my initial expectations immensely! Having never experienced hypnotherapy before I had some ideas about what it may be like, mostly hearing from other people’s experiences. It felt like a deep meditation and Bec guided me through the session so amazingly, I felt safe & comfortable to remain open. Bec asked all the right questions and steered the session intuitively where she felt it best go and it was really cool to go along for the ride. Hypno for me was a much more hard hitting approach to therapy as it felt like it broke down so many barriers that remain present in standard talk therapy counselling. I gained so much from one session it really surprised me, I’m looking forward to my next two sessions and to explore hypnotherapy further.
